Objectives Plan
Once hired, our first order of business is to develop your Objectives Plan. We set up a series of discovery sessions to understand your specific objectives, target clientele, and timeline. We answer questions such as What is my purpose for this effort? Who is my ideal client? What is my the timeline? How many connections am I looking for?

Discovery
Our neutral third-party approach allows the outreached business to show interest without the formal compromise of saying yes. It is typical for the outreached business to want to ask questions, gather data, and understand the intentions. During this stage we dive into understanding the goals, needs, and expectations of each party.

Outreach
Once we have completed the Objectives Plan, we begin the outreach of the businesses you want to connect with. Our methods of communication are through business emails, private messages on LinkedIn, and phone calls. We use a tactful approach to gauge interest and move on if they are not interested.

Connection Report
All the questions, answers, and general information from the Discovery sessions are documented in our Connection Report. This report is reviewed by the outreached business prior to being shared. The goal is to gather data and allow both parties to assess compatibility, alignment of objectives, and partnership structure.

Interest
As we prepare for the introduction meeting, we review the Connection Report with both parties independently. After this review, we develop a preliminary Letter of Interest. This letter is a formal statement of your intention. It is the formal proposal you would like to present. For M&A intros, this is not a Letter of Intent.

Introduction
At this stage in our process, although it will be the first time both parties talk directly, all critical questions have been answered, expectations have been managed, and intentions clearly stated. In this meeting we act as a facilitator by presenting the meeting agenda; both parties discuss freely. We generate detailed meeting notes for both parties.

Pre-Introduction

Post-Introduction
Upon the introduction meetings, we turnover all the information gather during our process to both parties and both parties decide if they would like to proceed with their desired intentions. At this stage, Happy Intros would have delivered their promise remains available for access to information gathered during our process.

Our Promise
We guarantee a Happy Introduction or your money back. Our commitment to you is that if no Introduction is made, we will issue a full refund. We only get paid if a successful Happy Introduction occurs.
